Greetings & Salutations to all. After much hoopla & a UK tour, The Cannonballs are ready to drop their new record, “DISRAELI BEERS” for all the masses. They will launch this with a CD release party scheduled at Martyrs on October 6^th!! Everyone here at Cannonball Headquarters hope to see all of you there with your drinking shoes on! The band is currently at work booking some out of town gigs & trying to wrap up the rest of the year with shows & plans for another recording session, including plans to release a split 7” with The Getouts. And speaking of The Getouts, The Cannonballs have just gone in with them & Chicago studio guru Mike Hagler into a new rehearsal/loft/party space, graciously knighted as “Fort Awsome”. Located on the west side & right next door to Kingsize Studios. It looks like a fun winter for the band. Expect some rent parties. Also in the plans, is a video project spearheaded by Gary Camaro to produce a mini film which will include the music videos for “Throat Fire Psychology” & “Your Smiling Dipsomania”.
